碩士 === 國立金門大學 ===  觀光管理學系 === 101 === Kinmen National Park carried on the outsourcing tender of B & B in 2005 after the activation of traditional architecture. Nowadays, it is the most unique B & B in Kinmen. In this study, we mainly explore relationships between the personalities of managers and the key factors of business success about B&B in Kinmen National Park. The survey of census questionnaires was applied: total 61 questionnaires were given, and 60 valid questionnaires were thrown back. The effective response rate is 98.3%. We analyzed the statistical data by SPSS. The analyzing results show that: 1.Diligent type and integrity type have the highest means in all personalities of managers. 2.Intangible assets type has the highest mean in all key factors of business success. 3.According to the analyzing results by the personalities of managers and the key factors of business success, there are significant differences comparing with different personalities in gender, education level, operating time, number of rooms. 4.According to the analyzing results by the personalities of managers and the key factors of business success, there are significant differences comparing with different key factors in gender, marital status, age, family rank, full-time staff, number of rooms, occupancy rate. 5.According to the results of typical relevant analysis by the personalities of managers and the key factors of business success, there is highest explain strength on friendness type of personalities, and there is highest explain strength on intangible assets type of key factors. 6.The personalities of B&B managers have a significant influence on the key factors of business success.
