碩士 === 開南大學 === 商學院碩士在職專班 === 101 === The purpose of this study is to investigate the current situation of elementary school teachers in Taoyuan County regarding leisure activity participation, job stress, and job satisfaction. Out of 460 distributed questionnaires, 436 questionnaires were returned, achieving 436 the response rate of 94.78%. After netting out the effect of the Tianda, 21 were incomplete, of 415 valid questionnaires, 90% of the total issued number, accounting for the recovery of the number of copies 95.18%. The descriptive statistical analysis, t-test, single factor variance analysis, Pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression statistical methods were used for data analysis. Accordingly the following conclusions were achieved. Taoyuan County elementary school teachers overall leisure activities involved in the frequency of moderate and low score seem at all levels to participate in leisure, largest media entertainment leisure; regarding the moderating effect of Taoyuan County elementary school teachers' overall work pressure, "classroom management" ranks the highest; regarding the moderating effect of Taoyuan County elementary school teachers' feeling toward overall job satisfaction, "interpersonal" achieves the highest level; teachers' "work stress" and "overall satisfaction" are negative correlation; teachers' work stress can help predict job satisfaction; work stress exerts a moderating effect on leisure activities participation and job satisfaction, which media entertainment and leisure, adaptation effect.
