| Summary: | 碩士 === 開南大學 === 公共事務管理學系 === 101 === The rapid development and frequent use of the general vehicles that cause the air pollution has been becoming increasingly worse, with the influence of the oil crisis that let the issue of electric vehicles become center of attention again. Most people in Taiwan used to ride general vehicles, if the major part of use could be replaced with electric vehicle, it will evidently reduce amount of exhaust emissions and the impact of urban heat island. Central government had made some developing policies regarding electric vehicles in 2010 and practiced EV demonstrative pilot case with a view to raising utilization rate of electric vehicles for each region. The main purpose of this research is to analyze the process among policies of electric vehicles by literature and comparison. In order to promote acceptance among the mass, the conclusion of this research indicates that central government and local government should stress on cooperation with each other, make long-term project, and provide perfect environment for the common people.
