Summary:碩士 === 開南大學 === 專案管理研究所 === 101 === DANP model is a visual method for solving complex casual’s problem by systematic structural model, which is applied and found useful in many research fields, such as financial, logistic, management, tourism and etc. Recently, the DANP model has been successfully combined with some other MCDM techniques, such as VIKOR (Compromise method), GRA (Grey Relation Analysis), in solving more problems with alternative solutions. The ultimate result of DANP model is INRM (Influence Network Relation Map), which can efficiently explore the interrelation among factors. However, there is a disadvantage with the INRM. Though INRM can point out which criterion is more influential (impacting) than the other (influenced) using flow graph, the flow chart would become too complicate to read and tell the interrelations as the factors get more. Thus, this paper proposes two different display ways of sub-system in case the system become complex. First, to combine the milestone concept with explore system, then to adopt the aspect of dimension and criteria to identify system.
