| Summary: | 碩士 === 開南大學 === 人文社會學院公共管理碩士在職專班 === 101 === The purposes of this study is to understand teacher’s job satisfaction in elementary school after cancellation the tax-free policy. It investigates the differences of teacher’s satisfaction based on background. The research instrument is “the questionnaire of the impact of tax-free policy over job satisfaction in Taoyuan County.”
The sample adoptes the method of Stratified Random Sampling and distributes to 500 teachers in Taoyuan County. There are 461 valid samples in total. The analysis includes the mean, standard deviation, t test, and one-way Anova, and the research results are described in the following:
1.The overall job satisfaction of elementary school teachers in Taoyuan County is at middle-high degree, and the factor “identity of job” is the highest satisfaction.
2.There are significant differences in individual backgrounds.
3.The overall job satisfaction of elementary school teachers in Taoyuan County rise after the cancellation of the tax-free policy.
4.After the cancellation of tax-free policy, job satisfaction become scatter in “identity of job” and “interpersonal relationship”; the job satisfaction become identical in “job conditions”.
5.After the cancellation of tax-free policy, the job satisfaction become identical among the different “age”, “marital status”, ”period of service”, “school size”and “school area”.
