| Summary: | 碩士 === 崑山科技大學 === 房地產開發與管理研究所 === 101 === The transaction and sales of real estates are usually helped by the land administration agent who signs the information promulgated by the Ministry of the Interior Affairs, the property disput agreement and handles the related transference of the ownership. According to the es and conceal of the important information take a large proportion of the disputes during the real estates transaction, There is a close relation between the property disputes and conceal of the important information and the professional ethics of the land administration agent. This paper attempts to understand the relationship among the ethical evaluation, ethical judgment and the behavioral intention of the land administration agent through an empirical study, which further took the unilateral agent as the key elements intermeddling with business and observe the influence on the behavioral intention of the land administration agent. This study will apply five ethical theory dimensions to verify the relationship among the ethical evaluation, ethical judgment and the behavioral intention of the land administration agent, which hopefully will make some contribution for real estates transaction security mechanism in the future.According the analysis of practical study,this research is not able to provide possitive improvement .Among the land land administration agents to carry out one mechanism of unilateral agent.
