Nowadays 3D technology has been integrated with real life, user can have immersive feeling through this visual experience . Traditional industries have to enhance competition in the global environment by buying advanced equipment and make improvement continually, so as to achieve production improvement even more than 300%. In order to accomplish this improvement, conventionally they raise modification ideas and utilize 2D drawings to solve various problems. During that procedure, samples were made in advance to check if the interface issues occured, then the sample were modified and re-tested again and again until have fulfilld all the demand; so the improvement procedure is long and quite expensive. Now that 3D simulation technology application have improved the design process by a different ways , the designer can view the effectiveness and modify repeatedly before production of the sample. Time can be shoreened and costs can be redyced by the improved process. This study uses computer 3D simulation technology, fulfills the desire to improve the equipment in 3D models, and utilizes 3D simulation technology to assemble spare parts, checks the interference problem, then produces the samples. Designer can make sure the design is in correct status to producing samples and testing the modified one .
