Zirconia ceramic powder as a base material is mixed up four different color powders by microemulsion powder metallurgy manufacturing process to produce different color zirconia ceramics. To investigate the properties of zirconia ceramics, crystal structures, color alignments and measuring block timber shrinkage rate and density are measured with SEM, X-ray fine diffraction, three-point bending test and color locating system measuring mechanical properties, respectively. The fabrication of false tooth is designed with 3D digital dental CAD/CAM scanner, design software and micro sintering furnace. The results revealed that the best flexural strength>1000 MPa and sintering shrinkage<20% is the best condition of tooth ceramic. The zirconia ceramic fits the above conditions to produce tooth fixed prosthesis, and the color of the zirconia ceramic is like natural tooth.
