It embodies the vitality of society, and has the aesthetic value of economies. Traditional culture and art reflect the lifestyle and habits of our ancestors, it is not only reflects the historical significance of the cultural monument, but also presents the modern people’s life interior asset. The ancient capital in Taiwan, Tainan, Lukang and Monga Counties reserved a wealth of historical monuments, traditional culture and citizen living in Taiwan. The Lugang County also represents "the epitome of the culture of Taiwan". Therefore, this study takes Lukang as an example to explore its cultural elements, develop the cultural creativity products to conform to local image.It develops the local culture and increase the sense of community belonging and identity. In order to achieve research objective, the study applies KJ method to extract and classify cultural elements, then evaluate the feasible design concepts of the cultural creative products for Lukang County. In addition, this study would like to evaluate the degree of cultural and creative product’s cultural significance with suitability, usability, fondness, and purchase wish aspect. And, this research compares the local residents with exterior residents involvement. The result shows that the people living in Lukang have a high level identity in the local culture, therefore, Lukang's perception of the cultural and creative products higher than the foreign populations. The external populations can feel the food culture easier, because it can direct experience of the ground plebeian habits and vitality. The following suggestion is that develop the cultural and creative products at different sides, in order to wish more consumers to buy and to enhance their identity. Cultural and creative products should be deepened cultural images coincidence degree and creative experience. And the cultural and creative products shop should be created the local atmosphere, so that consumers can enjoy Lukang culture. Therefore, this study is an attempt to take Lu-Kang as an example, with cultural and creative goods to pass down local cultural assets, present the cultural characteristics aesthetics of economic. Thereby enhance industrial competitiveness and build country's image.
