As a result, delay the project schedule become unavoidable. In order to keep project on schedule, pre-study for some risk management factors will be necessary before the plant construction work. This study show good result by means of the modal of the frame work for risk management factors and software “Monte Carlo simulation” to produce project delay and possible solution and can be proof by using an example of company plant construction project that have 42% improvement effects.
