But recently, performance bonuses rationing has been continuing to affect the public or private enterprises which was based on the managers who want to make the productivity within the enterprise more competitiveness. Therefore, DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis, DEA) has been chosen as the method to assess the production performance of the production department in the cased company, according to the literature and experts’ opinions as the results, and based on the data which were given by the production department, three input variables were selected,: the number of personnel, the utilization rate and hours of work. And two output items were also selected : finished product yield rate and the yield . For the analysis, we used SPSS to analysis the Pearson correlation at first, and then calculate the overall efficiency of each pure technical efficiency, scale efficiency, slack variable analysis and sensitivity analysis, of DMU by the DEA, DEA-SOLVER-LV. Measure the efficiency value of each month and classes specifically.
