Staff members of insurance business in banks have to face greater work challenges than before. They are always in predicaments of being severely stressed by the unachieved business performance and their incapability to develop new customers. If the positive momentum of staff cannot be excited timely, it will easily make the performance of staff fall tremendously, or even cause a brain drain in extreme situation. Therefore, all banks are making every effort to provide different kinds of assistance to staff, with the hope to improve the job performance of staff. Offering in-service training to staff can increase the profits of organization, boost the morale of staff, establish a good image for enterprise, and raise its productivity. Meanwhile, through excitation activities, banks also hope to stimulate the fighting will of staff to achieve specific business goals. The paper mainly studies the correlation among the training, motivational factor and job performance of the staff at Banking Insurance . The study carried out a questionnaire survey of the staff working at F Bank. There were 300 questionnaires distributed to the staff, with 234 effective questionnaires received. As found in the research results: First, training have partial positive impact on job performance; Second, motivational factors have partial positive impact on the job performance; Third, motivational factors have partial regulating effect on the relationship between training and job performance. Finally, according to the research results, the paper proposes the meanings of the study and management practice, and gives suggestions for subsequent studies to be made in the later days.
