There were 608 care facilities for the elderly compared to the 909 in 2013 that the increasing facilities creates more competitive environment. Moreover, there are many other factors faced by the facilities such as financial restrain, work force, pricing competition, the existing regulatory restrictions and marketing strategies…etc. Those difficulties need to be improved by the effective managment mechanism to increase the service quality、cost reduction and business continuity which the enterprises would not be eliminated, which is the motivation of this study . The purpose of this study aims to verifying the effect of knowledge innovation and organizational commitment towards organizational performance. The target objectvies are the employees of eldercare service institutions in Taiwan to run a Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) by the selected sampling method and the Structural Equation Models. The result shows that the knowledge inovation and organizational commitment have a positively significant effect on the organizational performance care facilities for the elderly in Taiwan.
