Summary:碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 商學與管理研究所 === 101 === In this research, we concentrate on a Java-based platform for arranging the system and processes of Master Production Schedule that support the manufacturing and business side to respond and make real-time information exchange. Also, it can greatly shorten the lead time for planning and take advantage of this method to improve the users to enhance the performance and production scheduling efficiency. First, this study not only combined with some production management software modules via Java platform to build an electronic environment and production scheduling but analyze the system's input and output of data and processes and computing the most appropriate mode of master schedule to help enterprises greatly shorten the lead time. Second, based on the result, it would determine the most effective lead time. Finally, a case study for assessing the effectiveness of the electronic master schedule will discuss how the system combines the original production management systems, and explore how this system assist the company to make conclusions and apporiate recommendations.
