| Summary: | 碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 101 === Online training has been a popular form of training and are interested in applying most of the world, including Vietnam. Entitled "Management information systems training Online College Teachers Ha Tay" was built on the basis of theoretical research on information management online training include: (1) general online training, (2) Management Information System training online.
On the basis of surveys of active information systems training Online Pedagogy College Hatay opinions assessed by questionnaires and interviews directly exchanged for over 2,000 system users ( administrative personnel, technical staff, faculty, expert advisors, students and administrative staff). The author has applied the synthetic techniques and data processing using software SPSS, Excel.
The survey results showed that: (i) online training system of school activities are not effective, (ii) the technical infrastructure is low and can not meet the needs of the system, (iii) special management methods are not synchronized, yet reasonable, therefore, the quality of teaching and learning online training system is not high.
On the basis of research and survey operations manager state information systems training Online Pedagogy College of Ha Tay, the author proposed method for decentralized management information systems training online College of Teachers in Ha Tay

The authors found that most of the comments showed the effectiveness of management is to improve the quality of teaching and quality of output achieved as desired by the leaders.
