碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 101 === In the process of business and development, Tam Dao Investment Joint-stock Company and other enterprises always require sustainable and highly-qualified human resources both in quantity and quality to meet competitive demands in the field of gold services. Therefore, the company must consider and have suitable methods of human resources training to improve service quality and labour efficiency. Because of these urgent reasons above and wishes to assess human resources training practice, determine existing problems and give some solutions, the author chooses a research topic named: “Formulating Training Plan for Human Resources in Golf services: The case of Tam Dao Investment Joint-stock Company.” Accordingly, the thesis tries to find out the answer for the question: “How to establish effective training model and strategies to improve working efficiency?” The deep question analysis, interviews with employees of the Investment Company Tam Dao to grasp a deeper problem and to come up with some ideas or point to have a efective human resource training plan for the company.
