Summary:碩士 === 康寧大學 === 生產事業管理研究所 === 101 === High effect of the enterprise’s management has become the model of most modern countries processing the organization conversion. Thorough understanding the model of the enterprise’s executive’s leadership make government official’s work style of the leadership more advantageous. This thesis focuses on reciprocal effect among leadership style、personal knowledge and position background, and satisfaction of office employee. After suitable analysis, meaningful results and constructive suggestions are involve in conclusion. Through the literature on the subject, questionnaire is used as a tool to investigate existing staff of the R.O.C Coast Guard. From the Study, 111 questionnaires were sent, and got 101 valid questionnaires . The response rate is 90.99%. SPSS FOR WINDOWS software is used to analysis the questionnaires, the results are as follows: 1.The Central Sector Flotilla of Maritime Patrol Directorate General leadership style is institutional mainly. 2.To sort each facet of staff members’job satisfaction the conclusion is Coworkers >work>Environment>Pay>Promotion. 3.Personal background variables includes age, work experience, appointment, results in difference of staff members’ job satisfaction. 4. Personal background variable correlate closely with managers leadership style. 5.Leadership style correlate closely with staff members’job satisfaction.
