With the trend of information technology, the Internet has become the best resource for teachers to transmit and share knowledge. This study aims to analyze how elementary school teachers in Tainan City use Internet resources to perform knowledge sharing behaviors. This study used a questionnaire survey for data collection, with elementary school teachers in Tainan City as the subjects. A total of 389 questionnaires were returned, and 363 samples were valid. Then, SPSS 19.0 was used to analyze the collected data. Statistical methods include descriptive statistics, average, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The findings of this study were summarized as follows. 1. The majority of teachers used “Yahoo!” as a portal site. 2. The Internet resource which teachers used most frequently was “e-mail.” 3. Teachers used Internet resources at work, especially the “search engines.” 4. There were significant differences in teachers’ knowledge sharing behaviors among elementary school teachers with different variables such as ages, positions, working experience, and the time of Internet use. 5. There were no significant differences in teachers’ knowledge sharing behaviors among elementary school teachers with different variables such as genders, educational levels, school size, school computer equipment, and the number of personal computers. Based on above findings, some suggestions for the authorities of educational administration, school units, elementary school teachers, and future researchers were proposed.
