Summary: | 博士 === 銘傳大學 === 企業管理學系博士班 === 101 === Due to competition in current enterprises, each manufacturer strives to promote the total value of procurement. The total value of procurement contains tangible and intangible factors such as quality, delivery, service and so on. The study proposes to construct a model of maximization of the total value of procurement. The construction of the model contains two steps. In the first step, we construct a hierarchical structure of supplier preference evaluation to compute the preference of manufacturers for suppliers. In the second step, we configure an LP model to calculate the optimal order quantity for each supplier. The study uses literature review and in-depth interviews to identify criteria and sub-criteria for supplier preference evaluation. Additionally, the study uses the analytic network process approach (ANP) to calculate the weight of criteria and sub-criteria, then computing the preference of manufacturers for suppliers. And then the LP method is to calculate the optimal order quantity for each supplier. Last, the most optimized total value of procurement is obtained. A case study is discussed in the chapters. Research results can be a reference for manufactures to evaluate suppliers and allocate order quantities.
