Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 教育研究所碩士在職專班 === 101 === The purpose of this study was to investigate job stress and teaching effectiveness of job rotation system of special education teachers in public elementary schools in new Taipei City. Questionnaire survey method was employed in this research. The survey tool was self-designed a questionnaire “the Relationship for Job Rotation System between Teacher Job Stress and Teaching Effectiveness of Primary School Special Education Teacher”. There were 156 pieces of the questionnaire which were sent to 39 sample primary schools in New Taipei City and 150 returned copies were valid. The returned rate reached 96.15%. The data were analyzed with the methods of Mean, Standard Deviation, T-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson Product Correlation method for statistical analysis. The results were as follows: 1.The level of teacher job stress of primary school special education teachers was medium degree of average. Among them, the highest level of the teacher job stress options was “workload”. 2. Primary school special education teacher’s teaching effectiveness was better degree of average performance, and the best part was “ teaching achievement and assessment”. 3.There were not significant correlation in job rotation system of primary school special education teachers on the part of the teacher job stress and teaching effectiveness. 4.There were significant differences in teacher job stress of primary school special education teachers on the part of the background variables. 5. There were significant differences in teaching effectiveness of primary school special education teachers on the part of the background variables. 6. There was a negative correlation between teacher job stress and teaching effectiveness of primary school special education teacher.
