Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 教育研究所碩士在職專班 === 101 === This research aims to explore the relationship between the the junior high school students'' perception of school culture and citizenship in Taoyuan County. By using the purposive sampling, 938 junior high school students in Taoyuan County were selected to conduct a self-developed “School Life and Learning Scale”. Descriptive statistics,t-test, One-way ANOVA,and Pearson’s correlation were used to analyze the collected data. The main findings of this research are summarized as follows: 1.In Taoyuan County, the majority of junior high school culture types are high social control, and high social cohesion patterns. 2.In Taoyuan County, the majority of junior high school students with a high degree of citizenship, but civic skills should be strengthened. 3.The dimension of Social cohesion in remote areas of Taoyuan County junior high school culture is significantly higher. 4.Taoyuan County junior high school with no more than 18 classes, their students have significantly higher citizenship. 5.In Taoyuan County, the school with high control and high cohesion school culture pattern; their students have the higher citizenship, however, the school culture with low control and low cohesion, their students have the lower citizenship. 6.In Taoyuan County, significant positive correlation is presented regarding to the school culture with the dimension of social control/social cohesion and students’ citizenship. Finally,some recommendations were proposed for the references to educational administration authorities, school administrators, teachers and future researchers.
