碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 傳播管理學系碩士班 === 101 === In 16th November 2009, the Next media in Taiwan had released the animated news which is “Next Media Mobi”, but the news of Mobi was partial to “sexual assault”, “domestic violence” and “sexual harassment” which were accused by government, academy and other medias. Even the women and children association protested against the Apple Daily and Apple Daily was criticized by Chinatimes, Libertytimes and United Daily Times too. This theme is focus on how the Apple Daily strikes back to citizen group, Chinatimes, Libertytimes and United Daily Times with Tankard’s list of frame and interpret their topics and demands. This theme used Tankard’s list of frame to analyze and discuss what kind of list of frame Chinatimes, Libertytimes and United Daily Times take to attack Apple Daily and what kind of list of frame will be taken by Apple Daily to respond people and reconsider the effect to ethics of Taiwan journalism and privacy of human rights from both side.
