Most of recommendations in consumer electronics base on specification. But the specification is not known for everyone. It cause customers cannot express their preferences and make the recommendation system cannot produce results which they want. According to customers’ product knowledge, this study use dynamic criteria, appear specification and colloquialism criteria personalized. Let the customers know the meaning of the criteria, and let them propose their preferences clearly. This study makes a digital camera recommendation system for experiment, let the experimenter use and compare dynamic criteria and traditional recommendation system. Analysis 51 samples, in satisfaction with information content, personalized services, and the value of the system, dynamic criteria recommendation system are better than traditional one.
