The using of smart phones have been also become a today’s typical life style. In facing the fierce competitive smart phone’s business environment, it needs to know the smart phone’s development and business strategies. In this study, the main business areas are focus on Taiwan market, we have integrated with industry experts experience and the scholars’ opinions to illustrate 15 smart phone’s development and business strategy criteria. Then we have integrated 14 senior industrial experts, by means of using the Fuzzy Delphi method (FDM), to review and investigate these factors, via using their best grouping industry experience, to screen and filtrate into three main criteria and 12 sub-criteria. Finally we have integrated the 5 most senior experts’ industrial experiences and opinions, by using the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP), to obtain the smart phone’s development and business strategy criteria. The results shown that such as the smart phone’s appearance, brand, operating system, features, functions and hardware components characteristics would become the most important competitive advantage factors. If we are able to focus on the above criteria for developing the smart phone’s business, it would results in enhancing the competitiveness and sells a lot accordingly. The results of this study hoping to provide the smart phone’s industry some useful insights of developing and the successful business strategies for reference.
