Many enterprises in the update or adoption on new information technology have become an important capital expenditure. In recent years, with the rise of the concept of cloud computing services, allow enterprises to reduce the investment in computer hardware, software, and human resources expenses. Therefore, many companies consider the adoption of cloud computing services. According to previous studies found that the adoption of a new technology often affected by human factors. Therefore, this study will focus on "human" as a starting point to explore the employee‘s willingness to use cloud services. This study bases on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and employees of SMEs in Taiwan as a sample to explore the factors and intention to use cloud services. The results find that employees due to cloud services usefulness and ease of use, characteristics of cloud services, sector support, security and trust affect the intention to use of cloud services. In addition, the study found that Taiwan's SMEs mostly in the understanding and assessment of cloud service. The results of this survey may mean that Taiwan's cloud computing services is not widespread.
