Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 物理學系所 === 101 === Soon after the discovery of Fe-based superconductor, it has attracted much attention since 2008. There are already lots of researches of FeSeTe film by Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD). But there are only a few results from the way of Radio Frequency Sputter System. In this thesis, we used three different elements of Fe, Se, and Te to fabricate superconductive bulk by solid-state-reaction in vacuum which achieves a Tc (Transition Temperature) ~ 13.5K. And, in a deposition way of Radio Frequency Sputter System, fabricating thin films with Tc-zero 2.8K. Also, we devote to trying different conditions, temperature and pressure, etc, to deposit films on MgO substrate. Then we discuss the structure, electric and magnetic analysis by measurement in XRD, EDS, and SQUID.
