There are already lots of researches of FeSeTe film by Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD). But there are only a few results from the way of Radio Frequency Sputter System. In this thesis, we used three different elements of Fe, Se, and Te to fabricate superconductive bulk by solid-state-reaction in vacuum which achieves a Tc (Transition Temperature) ~ 13.5K. And, in a deposition way of Radio Frequency Sputter System, fabricating thin films with Tc-zero 2.8K. Also, we devote to trying different conditions, temperature and pressure, etc, to deposit films on MgO substrate.
