Shopping mall becomes a major place for leisure and entertainment, which is not only a place for shopping, but also a venue for functions, activities and exhibition. Promotion is one of the reasons to attract consumers enter a shopping mall. However as consumers enter a broad shopping mall; they might not know whether there are promotions or activities under way. Consider of the above situation, the target of this research is trying to let consumers know all the promotional and activity information. Besides, the penetration rate of smart phone has gradually increased; therefore we intend to display the latest information by smart phone. To understand consumers’ requirements and assist them with their purchasing process, this research surveyed many factors such as consumer behavior and consumer purchase decision, and set up our proto-concept. After build up the system prototype, questionnaires were designed to collect reflections of the design. The result shows that most of the respondents are positive toward the system. It reveals that the vast majority of respondents think the application is useful and show high willingness to use. We hope this tool can help consumers save their time and efforts on purchasing process and can provide them better shopping experiences.
