Therefore printing company wanted to single by a himself of force to meet consumers changeable of needs real for a items difficult of task; therefore offset printing who how through outsourcing mode to sought Shang downstream supply chain of working together, to reached expanded economic scale improve enterprise competitiveness of target; this researchers long-term as printing community of a copies child, understanding printing faced of actual problem, therefore selected Taichung area offset printing who as outsourcing mode of research, and will this research provides to industry as outsourcing decision-making of reference. This research is focus on five offset printing companies, in depth interview method to analyses the outsourcing of printing mode. Study on transaction cost theory, network theory, outsourcing, quality and enterprise resource theory as a theoretical basis, the interview questionnaires will be the inheritance of quality management, outsourcing process outsourcing, outsourcing, case analysis and discussion of future business direction for the company. Conclusions and results are summarized in the following four-point: 1.Judging from the transaction cost theory, are required for any transaction costs, and whether market mechanism management costs of the mechanism of transaction costs or the manufacturers; five companies in order to reduce human, machine and equipment, operating expenses and outsourcing are quite economical. 2.From network theory, Taichung areas since the printing industry''s affinity for a long time, master and apprentice, hold shares in the establishment of the "emotional" and "instrumental" networks that enable printing outsourcing model through the relations of natural forms. 3.From the theory of product quality, today''s society in order to meet consumer demand for products, packaging and printing quality is considered part of the product itself, it outsourcers on print quality requirements have become review important criterion for selection of a contractor. 4.From the theory of enterprise resources, Taichung area printing company and post processors for 50 people to small companies, therefore does not make up for the lack of manpower and equipment, integrate industry resources to outsource non-core business in order to survive in a competitive environment. 謝焸君 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 80 zh-TW
