Because the economic development is a dynamic adjustment process, with the rapid growth of Taiwan's economy, some needs about adaption and adjustments are urgent and essential. With the success of the Ten Major Infrastructure Projects, leaders again proposed a Twelve Major Infrastructure Projects which includes the Taiwan island railway network project, three new east-west highways, the Kaohsiung-Pingtung area traffic improvement plan, etc. With the economy booming, Taiwan has transformed itself into a service-oriented economy. The enterprises not only focus on the value which they create, but also pay more attention to corporate social responsibility. Companies can gain sustainable competitive abilities if they can pay more attention to corporate social responsibility and maintain a friendly relationship with the public. The Yoou Shan construction won the 13th Golden Quality Award after its long-term efforts. It also branched out into the building industry and the travel and tourism industry with the goal of sustainable development. Thus, this study uses Yoou Shan construction as an example to explore the core strategy of sustainable development of the Golden Quality enterprise from both theory and practice, and further investigates its competitive strategy. In this study uses a case study method, and focused on exploring gold medal case works. How to improve the environment of treacherous terrain in remote areas and the road. Through large-scale remediation riverbed to ensure that the subsequent cyclone is secure .Encountered during construction Torrential rain and landlords reluctant to cede land and other issues, .Yoou shan demonstrated the ability to solve problems and actively mobilize, does not increase the success of the government and landowners plagued agreed to spend one million to promote soil and water conservation own deeds.
