The main function of air-conditioning system be cooling and dehumidifying the air to maintain constant environmental factors. In the planning phase of the amount of design, construction management phase of the review, modification and inspection, testing phase of adjustment and balance, running stage alone and overall performance validation, the system in procedures under the management of the air conditioning system sets in appropriate state , maximum effectiveness. The present study aimed to investigate the duct leak testing technology, the air duct leakage testing framework to examine the principles and methods of leak testing and leak rate impact factor, the amount of wind energy impact of change on the air-conditioning system. The study found that reducing duct leakage and pressure loss, to increase the air flow, reducing energy consumption and maintain the stable operation of the system is the most effective way, under this case study of air volume and static pressure, air flow leakage rate decreased by 10%, the power consumption can reduce 26.76%. Another, pressure level shall be separately established air box and exhaust fans, to avoid the pressure loss due to long lines, increasing the amount of wind can not be controlled.
