This means the incoming of Web 2.0 era. Many new industries also grew up and become popular because of the Internet advancement. The main study of this research is based on the bike industry because the bike industry is well organized and solid. However, consumers today have put more emphasis on the personalized product and needs. Therefore, this research tries to create a new business model by using user successive design theory. We make consumers become designers and show their design to the public on the online interaction platform to win recognizaition from the group. This business model also includes heavy used consumers to become key man of distribution channels. The evaluation stage of this research is by developing a demo of interaction platform and shows it to the consumers and experts in the bike industry. The final step is to use expert interview to analyze its efficiency and usability. The result of this research shows that the business model based on user successive design is innovative and workable. To let user to be a designer can help the industry, but this business model needs to combine with current business model in the first stage and become another selection for users.
