(2)How do teenagers express their love and communicate with their lovers?(3)How do teenagers cope with relationship problems?(4)What are teenagers’ expectations in their love relationships? In the study, eight teenage students, four boys and four girls, were interviewed on their romantic novel reading experience and their opinions on their ideal relationships. The main findings of this study were as follows: (1)There are certain gender stereotypes exists in romance fiction readers’ mind. (2)Teenagers tends to express their love through taking care of their lover’s need. (3) Teenagers tend to have a straight conversation with their lover when they encounter difficulties in love (4)Teenagers expect a smooth and fair love in their future.
