A structural equation modeling (SEM) was conducted to test the relationships among compatibility, innovation diffusion, organizational characteristics, environmental characteristics, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude towards the CDDS, and use intention. Results indicated that innovation diffusion was positively associated with perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. The research findings also indicate that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use positively influence on attitude toward the CDDS. Specifically, this study found that perceived usefulness and attitude toward to CDDS have a positive influence on use intention.
