We take Anhe Elementary School in New Taipei City as the research object. In the beginning, we adopt the method of document analysis to collect relevant literature and analyze it to base the theory of this study. Then we find out the real problem of the implementation of mother tongue for new immigrants in Anhe Elementary School through questionnaires, deep interviews and actual participant observation. Finally, we make conclusions and suggestions. The results of this study are as follows: Based on the idea of promoting multiculturalism, Anhe Elementary School implement the curriculum of mother tongue for new immigrants as extracurricular activities and lessons begin in the morning study. Regarding the teacher quality, new immigrants' parents in Anhe Elementary School work as teaching staff. As to teaching materials, they are mainly compiled by the teachers. The effects of curriculum implementation are as follows: 1. The new immigrants can put the ideas and thoughts of the heritage of mother tongue into practice outside the family. 2. New immigrants' children can identify with and are willing to learn the native language. 3. Enhance the ability to use mother tongue. 4. Make new immigrants' parents and childern communicate more in their mother tongue. 5. Enhance new immigrants' identity and confidence in their culture, and thus they will get more employment opportunities with their culture superiority. The dilemma of curriculum implement is as follows: 1. The shortage of qualified teachers in teaching other language. 2. The limitations of school administration manpower. 3. Assessment is not easy. 4. The students' attendence time is variable. 5. The tuition time is short and the standards are different. 6. Parents still don't pay much attention to it. Finally, we conclude the results of this study and make suggestions to the government, school and future researchers for reference of future implementation and research.
