The extension of operating hours needs more shift workers to maintain the business hours of store and the operation of the production line. Shift workers face the situation, how to adapt their sleep time and sleep quality is poor. In the past study, it has pointed out that poor sleep quality leads deviance behavior. In the core-self evaluation study have pointed out individual the highly core-self evaluation positively evaluates the self-overall ability, senses positive information and is more able to adapt the working pressure. In addition, the purposes of this study are first, to test the relationship between self-perceived sleep quality and interpersonal deviance behavior/organizational deviance behavior; second, to examine the relationship between core self-evaluation and self-perceived sleep quality; third, to explore the mediating role of state hostility between self-perceived sleep quality and interpersonal deviance behavior/organizational deviance behavior; forth, to explore the moderating role of working shift system between core self-evaluation and self-perceived sleep quality. In this study, the target samples were the shift worker of service and manufacturing. We take two phases to send out the questionnaires and there were 426 valid questionnaires. The results showed that self-perceived sleep quality was negativ related to interpersonal deviance behavior and organizational deviance and core self-evaluation was positive related to self-perceived sleep quality. State hostility fully mediated the relationship between sleep quality and interpersonal deviance behavior/organizational.
