Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 101 === The study mainly focuses on different personal background variables, school environmental variables, the Vocational High School Teachers' perception on the practicing project about “Vocational High School students free tuition fee", the present condition as well as differences of the coping strategy, and the circumstances. The study was conducted and investigated base on the self-designed survey about The Vocational High School Teachers’ perception on the practicing project about “Vocational High School students free tuition fee”. The researched staffs were selected from the teachers who taught in public and private Vocational High Schools in the midland of Taiwan including Taichung, Changhua, and Nantou. The questionnaire investigation was conducted in 22 schools by delaminated random sampling. This study has 623 valid questionnaire from 750. Effective response rate is 83.07%. Statistical analysis: frequency distribution, percentage, average, standard variation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe posteriori comparison and Pearson’s Correlation. According to the study result about the Vocational High School teachers’ views on the “Vocational High School students Free Tuition Fee”, the conclusions of the study are as follows: 1.Perception aspect:The degree is “agreed”. 2.Coping strategy aspect: The degree is “agreed”. The result shows that Vocational High School Teachers are more willing to positively adopt suitable coping strategy. 3.Supplementary measure aspect: The degree is “ most agreed” among the teachers with the administration duty. 4.The degrees of coping strategy differ from differences of ages, educational backgrounds, positions, and seniorities. 5.The private schools teachers in Taichung are more willing to positively adopt suitable coping strategy. 6.When The Vocational High School Teachers have higher perception degree, then that they have more active and positive coping strategy.
