Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 101 === ABSTRACT The thesis emphasizes on industrial orientation competence indicator for teachers in mechanical department in the vocational school. First of all, according to the former research, I am going to focus on industrial orientation competence indicators and then work on Delphi technique questionnaires to develop the industrial orientation competence indicators of mechanical department Teachers. This study is to develop Delphi technique questionnaires according to the former research. Examined by experts, I would invite university experts, 5 mechanical department teachers, and 5 managers in the mechanical field to form a Delphi technique group. And they would investigate by Delphi technique questionnaires three times. Finally, using median, average deviation, standard deviation, and Kolmogorov-Smirnov one sample test investigate expert members’ opinions of the essential sequence and the consistency analysis about industrial orientation competence indicator for teachers in mechanical department in the vocational school. In the end, I could find that the industrial orientation competence indicators of mechanical department would be divided into the technically practical, management, evaluation, training, technical, and profession development, six abilities, eighteen domains of competence, and seventy dimensions of competence. According to the above, the thesis could provide some suggestions to the educational government, the mechanical department teachers, and the later research.
