The questionnaire was developed by the researcher and data were analyzed by average, standard deviation, t-test and one-way ANOVA. The major findings of this research were as follows: 1. Parents were satisfied with the resource room services in school. Among four dimensions, the average of “operation model” was the highest, “counseling communication” was the lowest one. 2. There were significant difference between parents satisfaction of resource classroom services in family monthly income, children’s school district. 3. There were no significant difference between parents satisfaction of resource room services in parent gender, educational background, children’s gender, children’s grade, children’s categories of disabilities, and children’s lessons per week in resource classroom. Base on the research results, recommendations and future research suggestions were provided for resource room teachers, parents, and follow-up studies. 張昇鵬 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 136 zh-TW
