| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 商業教育學系 === 101 === The purpose of this study was to explore the critical success factors of enhancing SME(small and medium enterprise)accounting department operating performance.In order to achive the purpose of this study,Delphi technique survey was used in this study.Delphi technique expert questionnarie compiled in accordance with the relevant literature analysis and the depth interviews of four experts in the related fields of accounting to conducting three times Delphi technique questionnarie.The statistic data reveal the common consensus of the experts and scholars to five dimensions,including"the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard System",and"through information technology to improve the accounting department".Summarized seven critical success factors of enhancing SME(small and medium enterprise)accounting department operational efficiency.
according to the conclusions,provide some suggestions for other corporate accounting personnel and further research.
