Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 商業教育學系 === 101 === The purposes of this study were to conduct the relationship between job satisfaction (JS) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and to study the mediating effects of play of multiple roles (PMR) for personnel officers (POs) in Changhua County. The POs were selected as the research target. The data was collected from a questionnaire survey and analyzed using t-Test, one-way ANOVA, correlation and regression analysis. Results are found as follows. The directors of POs have higher JS and OCB than the non-director POs. The senior POs who have served the jobs over 20 years have stronger OCB than junior POs who are under five-year working experience. The significant relationship exists between JB and PMR as well as between JB and OCB for POs, more JB can lead to more performance of PMR and OCB. JB and PMR have significantly positively influence on OCB; JB can influence OCB indirectly though the PMR. The future research suggestion is to extend the scale of sample for enhancing the propositions of the research.
