Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 企業管理學系國際企業經營管理 === 101 === Facing the competition of medical market, the changeable system of Health Insurance, and the emphasis on quality of medical care from people, the hospitals are all actively seeking the better management practices to reduce their costs, improve quality and efficiency, and create value for creating more profits making the hospitals sustainable. Based on literature reviews and interviews with experts, we proposed four main dimensions and sixteen sub-criteria and designed the questionnaire. The objects were medical material users, purchasing staffs and dedicated personnel. Sixteen valid questionnaires were received and analyzed with combination of the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and DEMATEL (Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory). According to the priority of the weight coefficient, the four main dimensions are quality (0.430), delivery (0.248), cost (0.184) and service (0.138); the top five of the sixteen criteria are the consistency of product quality (0.182), the continuous improvement ability of suppliers (0.110), stable and reliable supply capability (0.098), quality certification (0.097), and transaction price with suppliers (0.071). The findings of causal relationship indicate that quality capacity and cost of the four main dimensions are the most important for buyers, and worth of investing to improve. From the findings of sixteen sub-criteria, they can consult from stable and reliable supply capacity and quality certification to obtain better improving performance, if the suppliers need to improve the problems about quality capability and delivery capability. This research proposed the selection index of hospital medical material suppliers. This makes purchasing staffs, policymakers and suppliers learn weight coefficient of Priority and causal relationship from this model. Moreover, by investing in resources to improve and enhance the competitiveness of hospitals and suppliers, it can also ensure the quality of hospital medical materials to protect patients' safety and interests.
