Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 教育研究所 === 101 === This study aimed to investigate three with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophyand Profound Disability, who need home schooling, to figure out their current learning condition and requirements through interviewing by using semi-structured questions. The results showed the way and requirements of their home schooling, the advantages and the parts which they need in the learning process. The results of the study summarized as follows: First, through the Distance Learning, the three students of this case study are simultaneously attending the most of the school courses with their classmates at home by using the high-quality computer video equipment. However, because of the individual differences in their health status, their participation in the school courses is also different. Second, the advantage of their way of learning in home schooling is that it not only helps the three students to release the limitations to contact the society as soon as possible but also allows them to have a sense of belonging. And this makes it easier for them to adapt to the environment, which is a great progress and breakthroughs in inclusive education. Third, the study also showed that because the high expense of the high-quality computer video equipment, both the school and the students’ families have to afford the higher economic costs.
