Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 資訊工程學系 === 101 === This thesis is intended to investigate Internet use behavior,Internet addication and deviant behavior of the junior high school students in ChangHua County.This thesis is administered by adopting such questionnaires as Internet Usage Behavior Questionnaire,Internet Addiction Scale, Deviant Behavior Scale and personal background information.All of the 1146 questionnaires distributed,1078 questionnaires returned are valid,obtaining the valid response rate of 94.1.The responses from the questionnaires are analyzed by statistical analyzes as follows:descriptive statistics,factor analysis,reliability analysis,the Independent-Samples t Test,the Chi-spuare(χ2)test,the Single factor analysis of variance,and the Pearson profuct-moment correlation coefficient.The findings are summarized as follows. 1.There is a significant gender difference in the Internet use frequency.The male students spend more time surfing the Web than the female students. 2.There is a significant gender difference in the Internet activities.The female students'frequency of using the Internet for making friends,entertainment and education/learning is higher than that of the male students. 3.There is a significant difference in the degree of the Internet addiction.The rate of the male students'Internet addiction is higher than that of the female students. 4.The students'school grades display a significant difference in the degree of the Internet addiction.The addiction degree of the 9th-grade students is highest. 5.Parents'attitudes give rise to a significant difference in the degree of the Internet addition.The students with the parents'non-intervening attitudes toward the Internet use tend to display the obvious Internet addiction. 6.There is a gender differnece in the deviant behavior.The male students'tendency of the deviant behavior is greater than that of the female students. 7.Parents'attitudes give rise to a significant difference in the degree of the deviant behavior.The students with the parents having a non-interventing attitude display a greater tendency of the deviant behavior. 8.There is a significant positive correlation between the purposes of online activities and the degree of the Internet addiction of the students.The highly significant positive correlation is manifested in such the activities as making friends and entertainment. 9.There is a significant positive correlation between the Internet addiction and the deviant behavior.The higher the degree of the Internet addiction is,the higher the rate of the deviant behavior is.
