Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 輔導與諮商學系所 === 101 === This research is aimed to investigate the breakup experience and the resilient process of the early adulthood females. Secure and anxious attachment types of early adulthood females’ face breakup experiences and the resilient process are compared in this research. ”Purposive Sampling” is used to choose four early adulthood females whose ages are from 20 to 35 as objects,the four participants who recovered from the breakup experience .Semi-structured interview is applied to collect the required information. Narrative and Holistic-Content analysis methods are used to interpret four participants’ entire experiences and to understand how they constructed the meaning of their breakups. The data are double-checked by the participants to demonstrate its authenticity。
The results according to the breakup experience of early adulthood females are showed as follows:(1)The clients inclined to breakup when they perceived subjectively the rewards and the efforts are unproportionate.(2)Consider wheather the companion is suitable for marriage is an important factor.(3)The clients experience a struggling intra-psychic phase before they take the initiative to divide .(4)The deficiencies of the intimate relationship , passion and promise caused the relationship change easily.(5)The support from the family system effected the duration of the affection.The study found the differences of the resilient process from Secure and anxious attachment types of early adulthood females.When facing the breakup, the Secure attachment types of early adulthood females adjusted themselves actively .They accepted the breakup in the shorter time and began to start the resilient process,including describing the recall of the affairs and the meaning of the breakup expeience in a possitive way.The anxious attachment types of early adulthood females adjusted themselves negatively and slowly because they still felt an affection on the companion after the termination of the relationship and expected to reverse or refused to accept the companion’s new affection. The same factors which can increase the possitive resilience between Secure and anxious attachment types of early adulthood females are showed as follows :(1)the warm support and company from family and friends.(2)The growth and apprehension from the reframing.(3)The development of the new affection.(4)Definite goal in life.
According to the findings, some suggestions are addressed for the relative studies, counselors, and the people who failed in love.
