According to the conclusions, and make recommendations for the relevant units and future studies. This study used a survey method, to Nantou County public preschool educators as the object of study, valid questionnaires were 242. Proceed the statistics analysis of mean, standard deviation, t-test, one way ANOVA and Pearson’s product-moment correlation by using SPSS 20.0 for Windows and then deduce conclusions as following: 1.Belongs to the middle of the high degree of preschool educators stress levels after Intergrated kindergarten and nursery school. 2.Belongs to the middle of the high degree of preschool educators job satisfaction after Intergrated kindergarten and nursery school. 3.Different background variables on the the preschool educators job pressure after intergrated kindergarten and nursery school, some significant differences. 3.1The public nursery school educators job pressure in " organizational factors ", " interpersonal relationship " and " overall occupational stress” are greater than teaching at the Affiliated Kindergartens of Elementary School. 3.2The job pressure of preschool educators' educational background from general senior high school in "interpersonal relationships" is greater than the Department of Early Childhood Education. 3.3The unmarried preschool educators’ job pressure " policy environment " is greater than the married preschool educators. 3.4Temporary staff in the "organizational factors" pressure greater than about contract staff; contract staff in the "policy invironment" pressure greater than civil servants. 3.5preschool educators in the " policy invironment " pressure greater than preschool chief; preschool assistant educators in the "policy invironment" and " overall occupational stress”pressure greater than preschool chief. 3.6The preschool educators of township in the "organizational factors" pressure greater than countryside preschool educators. 4.Different background variables on the preschool educators job satisfaction after intergrated kindergarten and nursery school, some significant differences. 4.1The public nursery school educators job satisfaction in " Corporate Welfare” is greater than teaching at the Affiliated Kindergartens of Elementary School. 4.2The 41 to 50-year-old preschool educators job satisfaction in " Corporate Welfare” , " working achievement " and " overall job satisfaction” were greater than those of other age groups. 4.3The married preschool educators’ job satisfaction " Corporate Welfare " is greater than the unmarried preschool educators. 4.4The job satisfaction of preschool educators with years of service more than 16 years in the " Corporate Welfare " is greater than 6 to 10 years. 4.5The job satisfaction of civil servants in the " Corporate Welfare ", "administrative operation"and " overall job satisfaction" are greater than contract staff and temporary staff. 4.6The preschool chief job satisfaction in the " administrative operation " is greater than the preschool assistant educators; The preschool chief job satisfaction in the " Working Environment ", "working achievement"and " overall job satisfaction" are greater than preschool educators and preschool assistant educators. 5.The preschool educators job pressure and job satisfaction was negatively correlated with low after intergrated kindergarten and nursery school.
