The developing scale contained three stages. The first stage was to create 66 questions from literature review and interview data. Ten preschool educators were interviewed by researcher. The second stage was to execute content validity. Three scholars of early childhood education and four preschool educators were invited to evaluate the meaning and content on each item from initial scale. After then, the scale remained 55 questions. The third stage was to examine the reliability and validity of the scale. The subjects were 679 preschool educators. The collected data was through item analysis, factor analysis and consistent coefficient analysis. The results of item analysis showed the correlation coefficient of one item was bellowed .4. Through factor analysis, there were the factor loading of two items bellowed .4. After deleted these four items, 52 questions were left and yield ten factors which named support, satisfaction, companion, intimacy, approval, domination, criticism, confrontation, ostracism, and pressure. The internal reliabilities on each factor were high and ranged from .82 to .94.
