Summary:碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 企業管理學系 === 101 === The rapid development of Internet and information technology has made the flourish of electronic commerce. However, the e-commerce industry has faced with different levels of grim challenges. The development of network applied has changed from providing the information and merchandise into the instant interactive and value created of customers and enterprises. Owing to the advancement of information technology, business management strategies have been altered. Besides the normal services, the enterprises should provide diversification, differentiation and personalized of services which letting people have much more choices among different types of services. Zhen-Rong Shi stressed that there was only one-fifth technical backgrounds can participate during the technology island we used to say. However, the humanity technology island includes the back-end services of the manufacturing and the technological service industry which makes most people share the economic gains. Human technology means that we must be considered the needs of humans which from product development to service mechanisms. In the era of service economy, Service-Dominant Logic emphasizes "customer-centered" and combines the value of products and services with social networks which is a new thought of service. In short, the provision of services must combine the trends of business development in currently and the needs of consumers, the integration of computer science and engineering, which improve the quality of services to give the customers what they want, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction. Service-Dominant Logic will be e-commerce strategic engine of innovation.
