Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 管院碩士在職專班 === 101 === Based on the theory of planned behavior and technology acceptance model, this study investigated the acceptance of mobile e - nursing cart by nurses who have been using them for at least six months by questionnaires in a regional educational hospital located in southern Taiwan. A hundred and sixty questionnaires were collected and validated using a structured equation model (SEM). The “attitude toward behavior” factor is the most decisive factor that has a direct effect on “behavior intention”. While there are no direct effects between “motivation to comply” and “perceived ease of use”, other factors have direct effects on each perspective, and “perceived usefulness” has the highest overall effect on “attitude toward behavior”. Also, the perceived ease of use of mobile e - nursing cart was found to be without positive effect on behavioral attitude. The time required to accommodate for introducing a new nursing information processing system is a key factor affecting the acceptance of mobile e - nursing cart. This study helps to understand the factors of willingness to accept mobile e - nursing cart, and thus provides a reference hospital for follow-up to promote mobile e - nursing cart use.
