The valid samples consisted of 493 students, including the 7th, 8th, and 9th graders of junior high schools in Tainan City. The method of questionnaire survey was applied to collect data for this study. The instruments for this study included “Parent-child Relationship Scale, “Life Adjustment Scale”, and “Well-being Scale”. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistic, t-test, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, one-way ANOVA and stepwise multiple regression. The main findings of this study are as follows: 1.The current states of parent-child relationship, life adjustment, and well-being of junior high school students are in good conditions. 2.The 7th graders have better status in every aspect of parent-child relationship than that of the 8th graders and the 9th graders. 3.Female students have better status in school life aspect of life adjustment than that of the male. 4.The 7th graders are greater than the 9th graders in the aspect of life adjustment, and family life. 5.Female students have better status in harmonious interpersonal relationship aspect of well-being than that of the male. 6.The 7th graders are greater than the 9th graders in the aspect of well-being, and life satisfaction and in control feeling. 7.The relationship among parent-child relationship, life adjustment, and well-being is significant. 8.The parent-child relationship, life adjustment of junior high school students could predict well-being.
